摘 要:[目的]研究4种苯基乳酸衍生物对小鼠耐缺氧作用的影响.[方法]分别采用减压缺氧条件和常压缺氧条件,用合成的(3,4-二羟基)苯基乳酸甲酯(1)、(4-羟基)苯基乳酸甲酯(2)、(3-甲氧基-4-羟基)苯基乳酸甲酯(3)及(4-甲氧基)苯基乳酸甲酯(4)4个苯基乳酸衍生物进行耐缺氧实验.[结果]化合物1和3具有较好的抗缺氧活性.常压耐缺氧条件下,化合物1和3的耐缺氧活性优于丹参素.[结论]成酯修饰可能会提高苯基乳酸衍生物的稳定性,延长药物在小鼠体内的停留时间.OBJECTIVE To study the effects of four of substituted phenyl lactic aclo oerlvaLlvco,1 hypoxia tolerance in mice. METHODS Under decompression hypoxia condition and normobaric hypoxia condition, the experiments of hypoxia tolerance were performed by using the synthesized (3, 4 dihydroxy) phenyl lactic acid methyl ester, (4-hydroxy) phenyl lactic acid methyl ester, (3-methoxy-4-hydroxymethyl) phenyl lactic acid and (4-methoxy) phenyl lactic acid methyl ester. RESULTS Compounds of the (3, 4 dihydroxy) phenyl lactic acid methyl ester and (3 methoxy 4 hydroxymethyl) phenyl lactic acid had good anti-hypoxia activity, and they were superior to the Danshensu. CONCLUSION Ester modified may improve phenyl lactic acid derivative stability and prolong retention time of drug in mice in vivo.
