摘　　要：近年来,由于受实训教学基地建设滞后、学生规模较大、师资力量薄弱、考核评价与激励机制尚未完全建立等因素的制约,公安院校学生的应用技能没有得到充分培养,不能满足公安机关的实际需要。只有通过提高教育理念、建立警学双方共同育人机制、建立符合教学需要的校外实训基地、打造一支过硬的实训教学师资队伍、建立与完善实训教学的激励保障机制等措施来加强专业实训教学,才能培养出符合公安机关实战需要的专门人才。In recent years, due to such limitations in police academies as the lagged construction of training fa- cilities, the expanded enrollment of trainees, the lack of teacher resources, the suitable testing and evaluation sys- tem, and the incentive mechanism, the students＇ practical skills cannot satisfy the real needs of policing opera- tions.
