摘　　要：软恢复快速功率二极管广泛应用于电力电子电路中,采用MPS结构的软恢复快速二极管既克服了传统PIN二极管开关速度较低的缺点,又解决了肖特基二极管较低击穿电压的缺陷,它具有速度快、击穿电压高、漏电流小、软恢复特性好的优点。对MPS二极管的各个参数进行研究,引出MPS二极管在应用时的相对优势、进而阐述它的结构特点、工作原理和相关特性。Fast and soft recovery switching power diodes are widely used in electronic circuits, the MPS structure of soft recovery diode that is not only quickly overcome the shortcomings of traditional PIN diode＇s switching corresponding lower speed, but also solved the defects of low breakdown voltage existing in Sehottky diodes, It has such good advantages as fast, high breakdown voltages, low leakage currents, and soft recovery characteristics, the research of various parameters of MPS diode are done on the subject , and then leads to the comparative advantages of MPS diodes in the application, further elaborated its structural characteristics, principle and relevant features.
