摘　　要：师德、教育教学能力和科研创新能力优良的大学教师,其职业素质结构犹如一个完美的立方体:体系化的知识结构是"长"、职业道德和职业理想是"宽"、创新能力则是"高"。大学教师的整体素质结构中,任何一维的缺失导致大学教师的职业角色和职业形象不完善。在职业发展过程中,大学教师要通过不同的方式分析、定位和发展其整体性素质。The professional quality structure of university teachers who have good morality, good teaching ability and good scientific research innovation ability is like a perfect cube： systematized knowledge structure is length, profes- sional morality and ideal is width, and the innovation ability is height. The lack of any dimension will make their professional roles imperfect. So university teachers should analyze, position and improve their professional quality through different ways
