摘　　要：为了更全面、深入地规划和实施信息系统工程监理,文章从电力信息系统工程的特点出发,对电力信息系统工程监理的角色定位和功能定位进行了全面的分析与总结,梳理了电力信息系统工程监理最为重要的三大作用,以期电力企业对信息系统工程监理有系统的认知,促进信息系统工程监理在电力行业信息化中的健康、高效开展,提高电力信息系统工程建设水平。To comprehensively plan and implement the information system engineering supervision, this paper roundly analyzes and summarizes the position and roles of supervision in the electric information system engineering construction according to characteristics of the electric power information system engineering. Three important roles of supervision are describes in detail, which will be helpful for electric enterprises to improve their systematic cognition level of information system engineering supervision, promote its healthy and efficient development, and enhance the power information system engineering construction level.
