摘　　要：不同高等院校合并的目的是优化重组教育资源,教育资源的配置状况直接关系到合并院校的发展质量,需要合并院校的领导者和有关部门高度重视。合并院校教育资源的配置应从有形的物力、人力、财力资源和无形的发展理念与管理制度方面展开。The essence of merging different universities is the optimization and reorganization of educational resources,and the status of educational resource configuration is directly related to the development quality of these universities,which needs close attention of these universities＇ leaders and relevant departments.The configuration of educational resources in merged universities should focus on tangible material,human and financial resources as well as intangible development philosophy and management system.
