大学生创业制约因素及对策分析

摘　　要：大学生创业教育是建设创新型国家的需要,是大学生实现人生价值和成长成才的需要,是当代高等教育育人的重要目标。根据当代大学生创业的现状,从创业主体和客体两大制约因素分析入手,提出转变教育理念、增强创业素质、构建创业教育新体系、优化创业政策等对策,最终提高大学生的创业成功率。University students＇enterprise education is necessary for building an innovative country and for them to realize their value of life;it is an important goal of educating people in contemporary higher ed- ucation. Based on the status quo of contemporary university students＇ starting undertakings, this paper made both subjective and objective analysis of the restrictive elements and put forward some countermeasures such as changing educational concepts, strengthening enterprise qualities, building new systems of en- terprise education and optimizing enterprise policies, which will ultimately improve students ＇ success of business.
