摘　　要：从大学生情商素质开发的视角反观中华传统文化,从而推进大学生综合素质教育的深入开展。中华传统文化中的"修齐治平"、"刚健有为"、"内圣外王"、"有教无类"、"厚德载物"、"德业日新"、"中正适度"、"仁者爱人"等思想对大学生强化理想信念、磨炼坚强意志、完善人格素质、促进个性发展、塑造群体性格、激发创新意识、培养理性思维、建立良好人际关系具有重要的启迪作用和借鉴意义。From the perspective of college students＇ development of EQ quality,this paper observed the traditional Chinese culture conversely in order to advance the deep development of college students＇ comprehensive quality education.The ideas in traditional Chinese culture give important inspiration and reference to strengthening students＇ ideals and beliefs,tempering their strong will-power,perfecting their character,promoting their personality development,shaping their groups trait,stimulating their innovative awareness,cultivating their rational thinking and establishing good interpersonal relationships.
