摘　　要：以文化关键词"glocalization"为个案,通过从词源上把握其复杂的内涵,根据术语翻译的一般原则,探讨既有译名的得失,分析特定情况下"一名多译"的可能性与必要性,并就长期未决的术语翻译问题,尝试提出一个综合解决方案。Applying a cultural key word ＂globalization＂ as a case, this paper aims to illustrate the complex implications of the word etymologically, and by evaluating its previous correspondent translated names in Chinese, examines the probability and necessity of ＂one foreign term with more translations＂ according to the basic principles of terminology translation. Consequently it hereby puts foreword an integrated approach to the long lasting problem of the translation and unity of foreign terminologies.
