摘　　要：本文从政府作用、金融机构作用和担保机构作用三个一级指标入手,设计出十五个二级指标,建立涉农企业融资环境满意度评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定指标权重,构建涉农企业融资环境满意度评价模型。以山东省399家涉农企业调查问卷为依据,利用模型进行融资环境满意度评价,得出满意程度低于"一般满意"的结论,提出相应政策性建议。From the role of government, the three-level indicators of the role of financial institutions and the role of guarantee agencies start to design 15 secondary indicators, establishment of agro-based enterprise financing environment satisfaction evaluation index system, using AHP to determine the index weight, build involvingagribusiness financing environment satisfaction evaluation model, carried out an evaluation of the two indicators and overall satisfaction.399 agriculture-related enterprises in Shandong Province questionnaire based financing environment satisfaction evaluation model, satisfaction is lower than the ＂generally satisfied with the conclusion to put forward policy recommendations
