摘　　要：运用发现法的教学思想,在基础实验教学中,通过预习中提出疑问、讲课中引导发现问题、实验过程中捕捉问题、实验后分析总结问题的过程,达到有效培养学生科研能力的目的。In basic experiment,the discovery learning method was used in accordance with the principles of teacher-led and student-subjected method to cultivate students＇ ability of scientific research by questioning while previewing,finding problems in lectures,seeking for problems in experiments,and analyzing problems after experiments.
