研究型大学科研实验室参与本科人才培养的模式探析

摘　　要：指出当前研究型大学科研实验室在人才培养尤其是本科人才培养方面并没有充分发挥其应有的作用。分析了高校科研实验室参与本科人才培养的必要性,介绍了中国科学技术大学科研实验室参与本科人才培养的探索与实践,对打通教学科研之间的壁垒,进一步发挥研究型大学科研实验室在本科人才培养中的作用进行了思考和探讨。An analysis is presented of the common problems among many universities that many scientific laboratories did not bring its role into full play in the cultivation of undergraduates.The necessity of scientific laboratory to participate in undergraduate talent cultivation in research universities is emphasized.A description is provided concerning the implementation of such models in the University of Science and Technology of China,and a discussion is made on the promotion of the roles of scientific laboratories in undergraduate talent cultivation in research universities by removing barriers between research and teaching.
