摘 要:为建立测定薏苡仁中铅、镉、铜、镍含量的方法,通过湿法消解薏苡仁,采用石墨炉原子吸收法对各成份进行测定.结果表明:薏苡仁中铅、镉、铜、镍的含量分别为2.81 mg/kg,0.17 mg/kg,15.93 mg/kg,1.69 mg/kg,4种元素的回收率在97%~102%之间,相对标准偏差小于2.5%;该方法能快速、准确地测定薏苡仁中的重金属离子含量.The contents of lead, copper, cadmium and nickel in coix seed were determined through graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry by digesting coix seed with wet method. The results show that the contents of lead, copper, cadmium and nickel were 2.81 mg/kg, 0.17 mg/kg, 15.93 mg/kg, 1.69 mg/kg respectively. The recoveries were between 97% and 102% by standard addition method and RSD was less than 2.5%. Therefore the method for determining the heavy metals in coix seed is rapid and accurate.
