摘　　要：分析了现代人们的建筑诉求,论述了国内外有关城市建筑发展现状.从以人为本理念出发,提出了城市建筑的基本要求.认为城市建筑应当具有绿色、美观、文化、智能、和谐等基本特征.城市建筑要缓解文明缺失、环境恶化、能源和资源告急等问题,必须树立以人为本理念.The building demands of modern people are analyzed, the present situation of domestic and foreign construction development is discussed. And the basic demands of city construction are put for- ward. It is pointed out that the city construction should have the characteristics of green, beauty, cul- ture, intelligence and harmony. To alleviate the lack of civilization, the deterioration of environment, the shortage of nature resources, the people oriented concept must be established.
