摘 要:为了提高书刊胶订上封面的定型质量,根据平装胶订机装订书籍的工艺要求,本研究在分析其托实夹紧同步机构工作原理的基础上,对托实夹紧同步凸轮机构进行动力分析,提出了托实凸轮和同步凸轮的设计方法,并应用Inventor三维软件进行凸轮运动仿真,得到托实及同步凸轮相应的运动曲线。该凸轮机构能够使书刊在成型夹紧时与书夹子同步运行一段距离,从而增加了定型时间,使装订好的书背更平整、更美观、牢度更高,证明了该设计方法的有效性。In this paper, in order to improve the book binding surface formed quality, according to the process requirements of book binding of perfect binding machine, based on the analysing working principle of nipping clamp and synchronous cams, the motion of nipping clamp and synchronous cams was analyzed. Design method of nipping cams and synchronous cams was proposed. Motion simulation of cams was studied using Inventor software. Finally, motion curves of nipping cams and synchronous cams were got. Compared with nipping clamp and synchronous linkage, the cam can make book clamp syn- chronous operation for a certain distance with nipping and clamping mechanism, increased the forming time, thereby the book- back bone become more even, more beautiful, and more tight. It proved the effectiveness of the proposed design method
