摘　　要：本文从宏观角度来讨论大学英语教师知识结构的建构。主要从维度建构和影响因素两方面进行分析,并通过内在建构和外在建构两种途径来实现大学英语教师知识结构的建构,以此来适应未来大学英语教师知识的ESP的发展方向。The paper analyzes the knowledge structure of our college English teachers from the macro perspective,mainly from two aspects,that is,dimension construction and influence factors.We can construct and perfect our knowledge through internal and external ways.Finally,the paper puts forward future development of college English teacher changing into ESP teachers.
