摘　　要：房地产企业在实施ERP后其应用效果能否达到预期目标,已经成为学术界和企业界关注的热点问题。本文针对西安市房地产企业ERP应用实际,首先构建了房地产企业ERP实施绩效评价体系,在此基础上设计BP神经网络模型。通过这种方式计算出各房地产企业ERP实施绩效值,企业可以在此基础上制定有针对性的ERP实施效果持续改善策略。There are kinds of risk in process of implementing ERP for real estate enterprise,and that application effect could meet the expected goal or not has become the focus of academic and corporate.According to Xi’an real estate enterprise ERP application actual,we constructed evaluation system of real estate enterprise ERP implementation performance at first,designed BP neural network model.In this way,the objectively evaluation on performance value of real estate enterprise,according to the evaluation and calculation results,presents some suggestions for real estate enterprise to carry out the correspondence policy to improve ERP performance value.
