摘　　要：本文对中国工业经济学会2012年学术年会暨"资源、环境与工业发展"研讨会的主要学术观点进行了归纳与综述,涉及产业经济理论前沿,资源、环境与工业可持续发展,资源开发利用与环境保护,产业结构、科技创新与资源利用效率等内容,反映了当前资源、环境与工业发展研究以及产业经济学理论和实证研究的最新进展。The major academic viewpoints of 2012 annual conference of China Industrial Economic Association and conference on ＂resources, environment and industrial development＂ are reviewed in this paper, which involve theoretical frontiers of industrial economics; resources, Environment and sustainable development of industry; Exploiting and using of resources and environmental protection; Industrial structure, scientific and technologic innovation and utilizing efficiency of resources, etc. It reflects the new developments in current researches not only on resources, environment and industrial development, but also on industrial economics theoretically and empirically.
