摘 要:目的:设计一款新型的食品安全检测前处理设备。据统计,目前大多数实验室进行无机化学分析测试时,样品前处理的时间都比较长,约占整个检测实验分析时间的70%[1]。因此,迫切需要一款能够提高前处理工作效率,满足食品出厂检验时效要求的样品前处理设备。方法:通过对一键式消解方法模块和PID控制技术的研究及加热源的优化,设计出一款全自动智能消解赶酸仪,并将不同产品的消解方法模块预置其中。消解后无需转移排酸,可直接通过改变温度设计实现排酸功能。结果:研究、开发出了一款用于食品安全检测前处理的新型设备,可大大提高前处理工作效率,可替代无机化学分析前处理常用的马弗炉、电热平板、电炉、微波消解仪等设备,该仪器可以同时消解16个或36个样品,实用性强,几乎适用于所有食品。在实验过程中,只要控制好消化温度,大部分元素很少或几乎没有损失。结论:该仪器控温精度高,适用范围广,是一款安全可靠的样品前处理设备。Objective: To design a new pretreatment device for food safety testing. According to statistics, in most current laboratories for inorganic chemical analysis and test, sample pretreatment takes a long time, accounting for about 70% of time of the entire experimental analysis. So, we urgently need a sample pretreatment device being able to improve the efficiency of pretreatment and meet the timeliness requirements of ex-factory inspections on food. Method. Through the studies on one-touch digestion method modules and PID control technology as well as the optimization of heat source, a fully-automatic intelligent deacidifier was developed, in which the digestion method modules for different products were preset. With it, after digestion, deacidification could be realized directly by changing the temperature design without the need for transferring. Results: A new sample pretreatment device was studied and developed for food safety testing, with which the efficiency of pretreatment could be greatly improved, and the conventional devices used in the pretreatment for inorganic chemical analysis could be replaced, including muffle furnace, electric plate, electric stove and microwave digestion device. With the device featured by high practicability and suitabili- ty for almost all food, the simultaneous digestion of 16 or 36 samples could be fulfilled. In the process of experiment, most of the elements were subjected to little or no loss if the digestion temperature was well controlled. Conclusion: The device, with high precision of temperature control and a wide range of application, is safe and reliable for sample pretreatment.
