15196例抑郁症中医证候及证候要素特点的文献研究

摘　　要：目的:通过抑郁症中医证候文献研究分析抑郁症中医证候、证候要素的分布规律,常见中医证候的表现特征。方法:对CNKI数据库,检索近20年的相关文献,规范名词术语,建立数据库,采用频数描述和二项Lo-gistic回归分析。结果:抑郁症的常见中医证候有6个:肝郁脾虚、心脾两虚、气滞血瘀、肝郁气滞、肝郁痰阻、心肾不交;证候要素17个,其中病性类证素11个,病位类证素6个,见表2。证素的组合形式主要有4种,其中二证组合和三证组合最常见。结论:抑郁症常见中医证候有6个,证-症关系有一定的规律性,可为下一步抑郁症中医证候标准化研究提供参考。Objective： To study the distribution regularity of Chinese medical syndrome and its elements and the characteristic of common syndrome of depression based on Chinese medical syndrome literature of depression. Methods ： Literatures about syndrome of depression from CNKI database in the late 20 years as well as Chinese medical terms were stand- ardized on some disciplines, a database was established. Methods of statistical description and logistic regression were employed to analyze the collected data. Results ： There were 6 common TCM syndromes ： liver stagnation and spleen defi- ciency, both deficiency of heart and spleen, Qi and blood stasis, Qi and liver stagnation, liver and phlegm stagnation, disharmony between heart and kidney. 17 syndrome elements were extracted, 11 syndrome elements belonged to patholog- ic factor, 6 syndrome elements were sites of disease. There were 4 forms of syndrome elements combination, the forms of 2 and 3 syndrome dements combination were the most common forms. Conclusion：There were 6 common TCM syndromes, the relation between ~yndromes and symptoms had some regularity, the future clinical study of TCM standerized syndrome of depression can be. referred by this literature study results. %
