摘　　要：人参皂苷Rg3是人参提取物中主要抗肿瘤成分,可通过多途径发挥作用,尤其抗肿瘤血管新生作用具有特色,被认为是中药血管新生抑制剂。目前该药的研究已初具规模,近年来已通过多角度研究阐述其部分作用机制,对该药抗肿瘤机制研究进展做一综述,以备临床参考。Ginsenoside- Rg2 is the main anti -tumor component extracted from ginseng, possessing the effect of tumor inhibition through various mechanisms, in which the anti - angiogenic effect is outstanding, therefore it is recognized as an agent for anti - angiogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine. Recently, researches about this agent have ex- plained a part of mechanisms on the tumor inhibition, this paper will summarize the progress on the mechanisms of gin- senoside - Rg3 in anti - tumor effects and provide some references for clinical applications.
