摘  要:目的:观察穴位埋药线对癫痫大鼠大脑皮层一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)含量与行为学的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、穴位埋药线组、西药对照组4组,每组10只。经预处理后采用腹腔注射青霉素纳造成癫痫大鼠模型(空白对照组除外)。观察造模后70 min内大鼠癫痫发作行为表现;造模后90 min时处死大鼠,切取大脑皮层,进行NO/NOS指标检测。结果:穴位埋药线组癫痫大鼠的痫性行为表现次数均少于模型组,其中须动/头面抽动、窜动行为较西药对照组明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个癫痫模型组大脑皮层的NO、NOS的含量测定和NO/NOS的比率都高于空白对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);穴位埋药线组大脑皮层的NO、NOS的含量测定和NO/NOS的比率低于模型组及西药组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋药线可以减少腹腔注射青霉素纳造成癫痫大鼠模型的癫痫发作行为和降低其大脑皮层的NO、NOS的含量,具有显著的抗癲痫作用。NO/NOS的比率降低致Ca2+内流减少,抑制Glu的释放,可能是穴位埋药线控制癫痫发作的途经之一。Objective : To study the effect of catgut - embedding therapy on epilepsy behavior and the level of nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in palliums of experimental epilepsy rats. Methods:Forty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups : blank group ( group 1 ), model group ( group 2 ), catgut - embedding therapy group ( group 3 ) and western medicine group( group d), with 10 rats in each group. Intraperitoneal injection of penicillin was given to different groups ( besides group 1 ) to establish the models after 3 - day pretreatment. The performances of epilepsy seizure were observed within 70 minutes after the models were established. The rats were killed and the palliums were taken off 90 minutes later, and the contents and ratio of NO and NOS in the palliums were measured. Results:The epilepsy behavior times of the systemic seizures in group 3 was obvious less than that in group 2 ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the tic and jump times in group 3 were obvious less than that in group 4 ( P 〈 0.05 ). The contents and ratio of NO and NOS in palliums were obvious less in group 1 than that in other groups (P 〈 0.05 ), and the contents and ratio of NO and NOS in palliums were obvious less in group 3 than that in group 2 and g ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Catgut - embedding therapy could diminish epilepsy behavior and the level of NO and NOS in palliums of experimental epilepsy rats, and has conspicuous anti - epilepsy effect. The effect may carry out by reducing the ratio of NO and NOS,which would result in less Ca^2+ flowing into the pallium cells and less Glu releasing.
