时间管理对提高精神分裂症患者日常生活自理能力的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨时间管理模式对提高精神分裂症患者日常生活自理能力的作用。方法将90例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分成观察组和对照组各45例,在药物治疗的基础上,观察组应用时间管理模式进行日常生活自理能力训练,对照组按一般日常生活自理能力训练进行干预。于干预前及干预后第8周末,采用日常生活能力量表（ADL）、住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表（IPROS）对两组患者的日常生活自理能力进行评定。结果干预后第8周末,观察组躯体生活自理能力评分、工具性生活自理能力评分较干预前有非常显著性差异（t=3.73,5.42;P〈0.01）,较对照组有非常显著性差异（t=5.38,3.43;P〈0.01）;观察组工疗情况、生活能力、社交能力、讲究卫生能力、关心和兴趣评分及总分较对照组有显著性差异（t=2.23~2.38,P〈0.05）;观察组生活能力、社交能力、讲究卫生能力、关心和兴趣评分干预前后有显著性差异（t=2.13~2.33,P〈0.05）,观察组工疗情况、总分评分干预前后有非常显著性差异（t=4.57,3.04;P〈0.01）。结论应用时间管理模式进行日常生活自理能力训练,可更有效地提高康复期精神分裂症患者的自理行为、促进日常生活自理能力的提高。Objective To explore the value of the time management mode to enhance activities of daily living in schizophrenic.Methods A total of 90 schizophrenia patients in remission were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,in observation group,we used daily self-care skill training with time management mode including medicine therapy,In control group,we used regular training.ADL,IPROS were used to evaluate their activities of daily living before and after training for 8 weeks.Results Observation group showed significantly difference in the factor scores of activities of body independent living and instrumental self-care than before intervention（t=3.73,5.42;P0.01）.There were also significantly differences than the control group（t=5.38,3.43;P0.01）.In observation grouping the factor scores of activities of daily living,social intercourse;daintily sanitation and interesting were significantly higher than before intervention（t=2.13~2.33,P0.05）.there were also significantly differencs in occupational situation and total scores than before intervention（t=4.57,3.04;P0.01）.Conclusion Daily self-care skill training with time management mode may be superior for improving activities of daily living of schizophrenia patients in remission.
