高校退休老人家庭功能与自觉幸福度的相关性

摘　　要：目的了解高校退休老人家庭功能与幸福度之间的关系。方法采用家庭亲密度与适应性量表中文版(FACES Ⅱ-CV)和纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)对河北联合大学107名退休老人进行调查。结果不同性别退休老人在幸福度、家庭亲密度和适应性方面无差异;高校退休老人的生活满意程度与幸福度总分存在显著差异(F=11.60,P<0.001),同时与适应性有显著差异(F=6.38,P<0.01),与亲密度有差异(F=3.61,P<0.05);家庭亲密度与老年人的负性情感,负性体验呈显著负相关(P<0.01);家庭适应性与老年人的正性情感显著正相关(P<0.01),与负性情感负相关(P<0.05)。结论老年人对生活满意程度越高,其主观幸福感越高。家庭亲密度和适应性越好,退休老人的自觉幸福度越高。Objective To explore the relationship between family functions and self-conscious happiness of university retired elderly.Methods A total of 107 retired elderly from Hebei United University were measured with the Family Cohesion and Adaptability Scale（FACES II-CV）and Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness（MUNSH）.Results Different gender retired elderly had the same feelings in happiness,cohesion and adaptability（P0.05）.There were very significant differences in subjective happiness（F=11.60,P0.001）and adaptability（F=3.61,P0.05）between different life satisfaction of university retired elderly.The factors of family cohesion was negatively related to negative emotion and negative experience of retired elderly（r=-0.34,-0.28;P0.01）.The factors of family adaptability were significantly positively related to the positive emotion（r=0.23,P0.01）,and negatively related to the negative emotion（r=-0.23,P0.05）.Conclusion The higher retired elderly feel satisfied with life,the more happiness they get.It＇ll improve the elders＇ happiness if they get more attention from family.
