摘　　要：基于青岛市建设的医药卫生信息建设项目,阐述了建设区域医疗卫生信息平台的必要性,介绍了青岛市区域医疗信息化建设的内容、总体规划架构、数据中心建设模式及技术实现途径。The necessity for constructing regional medical and health information platform was expounded in light of the medical and health information platform project in Qingdao City, followed by a description of its contents, overall plan frame, data center construction model and its technological realization methods.
