石油员工心理健康促进工作模式初探

摘　　要：目的为提高石油员工的心理健康水平,进行石油员工心理健康促进工作模式探索。方法以心理应激过程理论为基础,采用心理健康三级预防策略,以"3×3×2模式"对石油员工进行心理健康促进工作模式初探,并通过对比干预前后1873人的SCL-90数据进行效果评估。结果心理促进工作前后对比发现,心理干预后①心理健康筛查阳性率(24.19%/16.18%)、筛查重症率(0.85%/0.43%;3.26%/2.3%)降低,SCL-90各因子分降低(P<0.01),抑郁因子阳性率排序升高,人际关系敏感因子排序下降;②男性石油员工筛查阳性率(24.09%/15.69%),筛查重症率(0.86%/0.43%;3.71%/2.35%)降低。女性石油员工筛查阳性率(24.80%/19.29%),筛查重症率(0.79%/0.39%;15.87%/10.20%)降低。男性及女性员工的SCL-90各因子分均降低(P<0.01);③博士及硕士组筛查阳性率(21.82%/12.68%),筛查重症率(0.49%/0.12%;2.09%/1.35%)降低。本科及专科组筛查阳性率(25.69%/18.05%),筛查重症率(1.17%/0.74%;4.03%/3.08%)降低。高中及以下组筛查阳性率(32.77%/25.21%),筛查重症率(2.56%/0%)降低。不同受教育程度石油员工的SCL-90各因子分均降低(P<0.05);④在婚组筛查阳性率(23.81%/15.70%),筛查重症率(0.88%/0.41%;3.17%/2.29%)降低。单身组筛查阳性率(27.91%/20.93%),筛查重症率(4.07%/2.33%)降低。在婚组和单身组的SCL-90的各因子分均降低(P<0.05)。结论 "3×3×2"心理健康促进工作模式有效提高石油员工心理健康水平。Objective To establish the mode of improving mental health of employees in China National Petroleum.Methods According to the systems of stress and three grades mental health prevention the＂3×3×2＂ mode of improving mental health of employees in China National Petroleum Corporation was established and 1873 were assessed with SCL-90.Results After intervention than before that ①The rate of mental disorders（24.19%/16.18%）and the rate of serious mental disorders（0.85%/0.43%;3.26%/2.3%）were lower,and all subscores of SCL-90 were lower（P0.01）,and the rate of depression was higher and interpersonal sensitive was lower.②The rate of mental disorders（24.09%/15.69%）and the rate of serious mental disorders（0.86%/0.43%;3.71%/2.35%）of the male were lower,the rate of mental disorders（24.80%/19.29%）and the rate of serious mental disorders（0.79%/0.39%;15.87%/10.20%）of the female were lower,and all subscores of SCL-90 of the male and the female were lower（P0.01）.③The rate of mental disorders（21.82%/12.68%）and the rate of serious mental disorders（0.49%/0.12%;2.09%/1.35%）of the doctor and master group were lower,the rate of mental disorders（25.69%/18.05%）and the rate of serious mental disorders（1.17%/0.74%;4.03%/3.08%）of the bachelor group were lower,and the rate of mental disorders（32.77%/25.21%）and the rate of serious mental disorders（2.56%/0%）of the high school group were lower and all subscores of SCL-90 of the all education degree groups were lower.④The rate of mental disorders（23.81%/15.70%）and the rate of serious mental disorders（0.88%/0.41%;3.17%/2.29%）of the married were lower,the rate of mental disorders（27.91%/20.93%）and the rate of serious mental disorders（4.07%/2.33%）of the single were lower,and all subscores of SCL-90 of the married and the single were lower（P0.05）.Conclusion The＂3×3×2＂ mode of improving mental health of employees in China National Petroleum Corporation become effective.
