摘  要:保尔和科恩早在1999年就提出了基于实践的专业教育理论,并在美国教师教育理论界获得了广泛的认可。TFA通过TAL准则将其现实化,在教师的培训、支持和发展领域践行了保尔和科恩基于实践的教师专业发展的理念。TFA的教师专业发展模式能否成功复制,尚需进一步研究。In 1999,Ball and Cohen proposed a practice-based theory of teachers' professional education. Their work has been referenced in teacher education over the past decade. In their model for teacher preparation ,support and development, Teach for America (TFA) actualizes Ball and Cohen's ideals through Teaching as Leadership (TAL) framework and professional development model as a practice-based curriculum and pedagogy of teacher education. It remains to be seen whether or not such frameworks succeed as Ball and Cohen hoped.
