高压氧联合低浓度氟米龙治疗流行性角结膜炎遗留角膜上皮下浸润

摘　　要：目的:研究高压氧联合低浓度氟米龙治疗流行性角结膜炎(EKC)遗留角膜上皮下浸润的疗效。方法:采用随机对照实验,随机选取流行性角结膜炎遗留角膜上皮下浸润病人96例(116眼),治疗组52例(62眼),行高压氧治疗2个疗程,并用0.02%氟米龙滴眼液每天4次滴眼,小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶1天3次滴眼。最多用药7周。对照组44例(54眼),应用0.02%氟米龙滴眼液每天4次滴眼,小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶1天3次滴眼。用药8周。结果:治疗组62只眼治愈52只眼(83.8%),好转8只眼(12.9%),无效2只眼(3.2%)。总有效率为96.8%.治疗时间:20~44天.对照组:54只眼治愈40只眼(74.1%),好转8只眼(14.8%),无效6只眼(11.1%).总有效率为88.9%。治疗时间:30~56天。2组患者中无激素性高眼压发生,亦未发现并发性白内障。结论:高压氧联合低浓度氟米龙可以显著缩短流行性角结膜炎遗留角膜上皮下浸润的吸收时间。Objective： To investigate curative effect of high pressure oxygen（HBO） combining with low density fluorometholone for corneal subepithelial infiltrate （SI） after epidemic keratoconjunctivitis （EKC） .Methods： 96 patients（116 eyes）with SI after EKC were randomly divided into two groups. In treatment group,52 patients received HBO ,once a day ,totally 20 times and 0.02% fluorometholone eyedrop 4 times a day, deproteinized calfblood extract eye gel 3 times a day.Medication lasted 7 weeks at most. In control group,44 patients received 0.02% fluorometholone eyedrop 4 times a day, deproteinized calfblood extract eye gel 3 times a day.Medication lasted 8 weeks. Results： In treatment group,52 eyes were cured（83.8%）,8 eyes（12.9%） go,It improved,and 2 eyes（3.2%） got no change.Total effective rate was 96.8%. Time of therapy was between 20-44 days.In control group,40 eyes were cured（74.1%）,8 eyes（14.8%） got improved,and 6 eyes（11.1%） got no change. Total effective rate was 88.9%. Time of therapy was between 30-56 days.In two groups there were no hormone intraocular hypertension and complicated cataract. Conclusions： HBO combining with low density fluorometholone could si^aificantlv shorten curative time for corneal subepithelial infiltrate after EKC.
