摘  要:以琯溪蜜柚果皮为原料,通过超临界萃取技术(SFE)制取琯溪蜜柚精油,经响应面优化,获得最佳提取条件:时间92.40min,温度38.22℃,压力18.26MPa,该条件下产物得率为10.28%;经过GC/MS鉴定表明,超临界萃取产物共鉴定出52种成分,占出峰物质总量的96.36%。其中烃类物质26种高达95.14%,含氧化合物仅占1.22%。Essential oil extracted from Guanxi honey pornelo peel by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide (SFE). The response surface methodol- ogy (RSM) was used to optimization. By single factor test, the in- fluences of extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extrac- tion time on extraction rate of total essential oil from Guanxi honey pomelo were investigated. The optimum conditions for extraction rate were time 92. 40 min, temperature 38. 22℃, pressure 18.26 MPa. Under these optimum conditions, the extraction rate is 10.28%. The oil compounds were analyzed by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry (GC--MS). 52 major components were identified covering 96.36% of the total, including 26 hydrocarbons (95.14%) and oxy compound ( 1.22 % ).
