摘 要:通过对 0 Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢锻件固溶时效处理后延迟断裂失效分析 ,结果表明 ,固溶处理过程中锻件心部未冷至 Ms温度以下及锻件表层的折叠及混晶等缺陷是导致锻件开裂的主要原因。工艺改进后 。It has been analyzed the cause of delayed fracture of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel's forging after solution and aging treatment. The analytic results showed: It was main reasons of forging delayed fracture that the inside of forging was not cooled below Ms in solution and there were some forged defects on the surface of forging. Forging hasn't broken since technological processes were improved.
