引导基金模式下的协同创新激励机制设计

摘　　要：构建了创新引导基金模式下的协同创新模型,研究了创新投资基金如何通过协同创新分配方案及基金投资方式的设计来促进协同创新的形成、提高协同创新投资规模和绩效,得出了引导基金模式下协同创新的形成条件及最优分配方案。研究表明:每阶段的基金投资比例不宜过高,以促成协同创新;基金应与承包方以获得固定收益的分配方式参与协同创新,以激励企业按契约规定进行投资,最大化基金期望净利润。In this paper,a model of collaborative innovation under guiding fund model is developed to study the design of revenue sharing contract and investment policy,in order to prompt the establishment of collaborative innovation and raise the investment and performance of collaborative innovation.The condition for the establishment of collaborative innovation,and the optimal revenue sharing contract.It is found that the ratio of the fund＇s investment in very stage should be as low as possible,the fund should make it and RD supplier get fixed revenue from collaborative innovation,as a result,the enterprise is stimulated to invest according to contract,and the fund＇s profit is maximized.
