摘　　要：为了克服传统燃气灶和吸油烟机的诸多弊端,集成内燃机、传统燃气灶及吸油烟机技术提出了内燃灶的结构原理,工作时油烟、水汽、空气及燃气混合气在高于大气压的炉腔内充分燃烧,废气在排出到室外的过程中加热进入炉腔的混合气,理论上具有热效率高、安全环保、成本低、维修方便的特点。研制了内燃灶样机,通过试验燃气燃烧非常充分。内燃灶的工作原理得到验证。For overcoming flaws of traditional gas cooker and kitchen ventilator, the structure and principle of internal combustion cooker, was put forward by the integrating technology of internal combustion engine, traditional gas cooker and kitchen ventilator. The mixture of oil smoke, water vapour, gas and natural gas was completely burned in furnace chamber whose inner pressure is higher than atmosphere. All combustion exhaust gas was heated in the course of discharging out of house. So the internal combustion cooker has characters of higher thermal efficiency, safety and environmental protection, lower cost, easy maintenance, and so on. The prototype was developed through test, it was shown that gas was burned completely. So the working principle of internal combustion cooker was verified.
