摘 要:尽早地发现和预警火灾能够保障人们的生命财产安全,并有效降低经济损失。基于视频图像处理技术,给出一种快速提取目标区域的方法,进而得到火灾疑似区域样本。结合火焰的相似度、移动性、尖角、圆形度等特征,给出一种综合判别火灾图像的新思路,采用C++将其逐一用算法编程实现,并将其集成到校园预警系统中。实践证明,该视频火灾识别法具有判定准确率高、识别时间短、误报率低等优点。To detect and warn the fire as early as possible can protect the security of people's lives and properties as well as to effectively reduce their economic loss.Based on video image processing technology,a rapid extraction method of the destination area is given in this paper,and furthermore,the suspectable area sample of the fire can be obtained.With the similarity,mobility,angle,roundness and other characteristics of the flame,a new idea for distinguishing comprehensively the fire image is proposed,and the idea is implemented by the algorithms written by C+ + one by one.It has also been integrated into the early warning system of campus.It has been turned out by the practice that this video fire identification method has the advantages of high accuracy,short identification time and low false alarm rate.
