Objective To explore the influence o3 liver injury and ascites on FibroScan values for Chronic Hepatitis B(CHB)and cirrhosis patients. Methods Patients who have received FibroScan examine and been in our department from September 2009 to January 2011 were divided into CHB serious group (A group) ,CHB mediate group (B group) 、 CHB light group (C group) and cirrhosis of the liver decompensation period according to Guide to the prevention and control of chronic hepatitis B(2010) and if there is cirrhosis image in imaging examine. Then cirrhosis patients were clasified as without ascites and liver injury group (D group) ,Moderate or above liver injury group (E group) ,Moderate or above ascites groups (F group). Then calculate the average and standard deviation of every group, carry out test be- tween AB,AC,BC,DE,DF groups. Results the average of FibroScan values.. A group 〉B group 〉Cgroup, the diversi- ty between these groups are remarkable(P〈0.01) ;The average of both E group and F group was higher than that of D group, there were significant differences between D and E group, between D and F group(P〈0. 01). Conclusion both liver injury and ascites have lead to the increase of FibroScan values, and so have influence on FibroScan values.
