摘 要:风力发电机齿轮箱是风力发电机组中发生故障频率最多的部件。针对齿轮箱振动信号大多为非平稳的特征,设计了以DSP-TMS320F28335(简称F28335)为核心处理器的风力发电机齿轮箱故障诊断系统,该系统可以脱离上位机独立运行。利用F28335及其丰富的外设模块构建了系统的硬件平台,其中包括对模拟信号采集、频率信号、数字信号采集的相关模块,并具有以太网、CAN总线的通信功能。采集的信号经过DSP嵌入式EMD分解算法将振动信号分解成IMF分量,并对IMF分量进行Hilbert变换,进而获得精确的信号Hilbert边际谱图,依据Hilbert边际谱图得到设备潜在故障信息。经试验表明本系统能够有效的诊断齿轮箱故障。Wind turbine gearbox is the most failure frequency component of the wind turbine. For the non - smooth characteristics of the most gearbox vibration signals, a wind turbine gearbox fault diagnosis system is designed, which takes DSP TMS320F28335 as its core processor and can run independently without master computer. The hard- ware platform of system is built with various peripheral module of TMS320F28335, including the data acquisition of analog, frequency and digital signal acquisition and the communication function of ethernet and CAN bus. The acquired data is processed by EMD algorithm which decompose the vibration signal into IMF components, and then, with the Hilbert transform, and an accurate signal Hilbert marginal spectra is obtained. According to the Hilbert marginal spec- tra, the potential failure information is got. Tests show that, the system can effectively diagnose the fault of gearbox.
