摘　　要：目前人们对食品接触材料的安全性越来越重视,本文对根据GB/T5009.60-2003《食品包装用聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯成型品卫生标准》[1]进行的纸杯高锰酸钾消耗量测定进行测量不确定度评估,通过分析测定过程不确定度的主要来源,建立数学模型,计算各不确定度分量。At present, safety to food-contact materials has increasingly attracted the popular attention. This research evaluated the uncertainty of potassium permanganate consumption of paper cup according to GB/T 5009.60-2003 Hygienic standard for polypropylene products used as food containers and tableware. Based on analytical data, mathematical models were developed for uncertainty evaluation. Each uncertainty component was calculated by analyzing the source of uncertainty generated during the determination.
