摘　　要：为了确定汽车连杆连接螺栓的断裂原因,对螺栓进行了断口宏观分析、断口SEM分析、化学成份测试、金相组织及硬度测试。在理化试验的基础上,结合微观断口的形貌和断裂机理对螺栓的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,失效螺栓是在高应力作用下发生了弯曲疲劳断裂。In order to definite the failure reason of automobile connecting rod bolt,the experi- ments such as appearance examination, morphology and microstructure analysis, SEM micro-morphology analysis and chemical composition analysis are carried out. Based on the physics and chemistry experi- ments, the reasons of the bolts＇ fracture are analyzed using micro-fracture mechanism. The results show that the fracture of the bolts was mainly caused by the high stress bending fatigue.
