摘　　要：详细介绍了CRH3型高速动车组车窗粘接工艺。针对动车组车窗结构特点,结合胶粘剂的特性分析,对动车组车窗粘接工艺进行了设计。研究表明,通过严格控制粘接工作环境、采用精制的工艺装备和先进的粘接工艺,充分保证了车窗粘接质量。The bonding process of train windows on CRH3high-speedEMUwasdetailedintroducedinthispaper.in accordance witth the structural characteristics of EMU windows and combined with the features of adhesive,the bonding process of train windows was designed.The studies have shown that when the advanced bonding technology with refined work equipments and bonding environment were strictly controlled,the bonding quality can be fully guaranteed.
