摘　　要：介绍了依托IC卡的电子身份证和电子货币功能:优化患者就医流程,提供方便、快捷的信息查询,报告打印以及对患者就诊实行计算机网络管理等功能。指出就诊一卡通的应用,提高了工作效率及服务水平,缓解了患者就诊时间长等问题。This paper introduces electronic identity cards and electronic money functions relying on magnetic IC card, optimized process of patient medical treatment, convenient and rapid information search, report printing, and implementation of advanced computer network management of patient treatment. It points out that the application of all-purpose cards has improved work efficiency and service of hospitals and shortened patients＂ long waiting time.
