布地奈德雾化吸入对悬雍垂腭咽成型术后患者焦虑及吞咽痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨应用布地奈德混悬液(普米克令舒)雾化吸入对悬雍垂腭咽成型术(uvulo palato pharyngoplasty,UPPP)后患者焦虑及吞咽痛的影响。方法选择悬雍垂腭咽成型术后患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例,观察组术后24h即开始雾化吸入,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS),分别记录术前24h、术后24、72h两组患者焦虑评分,对焦虑程度进行比较;应用疼痛分级评分表(VAS),分别记录并比较术后24、72、120h两组患者在静息状态与吞咽状态下的疼痛评分。结果观察组与对照组术前24h焦虑程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者术后24、72h焦虑评分、焦虑程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术后24h吞咽状态与术后72、120h静息与吞咽状态时VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入可降低悬雍垂腭咽成型术后患者的焦虑程度,减轻患者的吞咽痛。Objective To observe the effect of anxiety and pain on swallowing after application of budesonide suspension （Pulmicort） inhalation on uvulopalatopharyngoplasty （uvulo palato pharyngo plasty, UP- PP） in patients. Methods Selection of uvulopalatopharyngoplasty in patients after 100 cases, were ran- domly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group, the patients in the observation group after 24 h began to inhalation. Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） were recorded at 24 h before operation, postoperative 24, 72 h with anxiety score and anxiety degree between; application of visual analogue scales （VAS） were recorded and compared after 24, 72, 120 h between two group patients in the resting state and swallowing state pain score. Results In the observation group and the control group at 24 h before operation anxiety level difference was not significant （P 〉0.05）, after 24, 72 h two patients with anxiety score, the degree of anxiety had significant difference （P 〈0.05） ; the observation group 24 h after operation in each period of VAS were lower than that of the control group, the difference was statisti cally significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of budesonide suspension inhalation can reduce the degree of anxiety in patients after uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, relieve patientsr swallowing pain.
