乡村休闲体育开发中农村人口就业与发展研究——以湖南桃源县休闲体育旅游业为例

摘　　要：在社会主义新农村建设及构建和谐农村社会背景下,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法等研究方法,对我国乡村休闲体育开发在农村人口就业与发展中的影响进行研究。研究结果认为,在城市不是农村劳动力转移根本出路等动力机制下,乡村休闲体育产业的开发不仅能解决农村劳动力的就业问题,增加农村人口的经济收入,并且有利于改变农村产业结构,突显农村妇女独立价值。In the construction of new socialism countryside and harmonious rural communities, using the methods of the literature review, questionnaire and field research, this paper studies the influence of leisure sports develop- ment on rural employment and development. The result shows that the development of rural leisure sports industry can not only solve the employment problem of rural labor force and increase the economic income of the rural areas, but also help to change the rural industrial structure and highlight rural women independent value.
