基于“终身体育”理念下的高职院校广播体操发展的研究

摘　　要：以终身体育理念为背景,以广播体操为研究对象,运用文献资料法主要研究方法,针对广播体操的作用、在高职院校的发展现状。从终身体育意识、能力、习惯的角度寻求与广播体操的内在契合点。通过对知而后学、营造氛围、动作创编和变换音乐的举措激发学生的广播体操运动激情进行研究,旨在为广播体操在高职院校的科学可持续发展提供有价值的参考意见。Taking the lifetime sports program as background, school broadcast gymnastics as research subjects, u- sing the method of literature review, this paper analyzes the function and development condition of broadcast gym- nastics in higher vocational college, and tries to find out meeting point from the lifetime sports consciousness, a- bility and habit with the broadcast gymnastics. Through understanding of knowledge, to create atmosphere, com- pose action and transform music. The main purpose is to provide the valuable references of broadcast gymnastics sustainable development.
