学校体育场馆对外开放运营模式及制约因素研究

摘　　要：2008年奥运会以后,随着《全民健身条例》的实施,我国全民健身事业蓬勃发展,人民群众体育健身需求日益增长和社会体育资源相对不足、公共服务供给有限的矛盾显得更加突出。于此相对应的是学校占有大量的体育场地设施却对外开放不足,未能得到充分的利用。本文在此背景下,对学校体育场馆对外开放的运营模式与制约其对外开放的因素进行分析,为学校体育场馆的对外开放提供理论依据。After 2008 Olympic Games, with the implementation of National Health Regulations, national fitness had taken great advantages. Peoples physical fitness demand growing shortage of physical education resource and social, supply of public services limited contradiction is becoming more and more prominent. But the school sports venues were not completely opened and underutilized. To providing operations management and overall policy de- cisions of school sports opening, this paper analyzed the constraint factors and suggested operating strategy in o- pening to the community.
