摘　　要：本文论述了国外高速轨现状、发展趋势及对钢质、尺寸公差要求，概述了国内钢轨生产现状及包钢重轨生产情况，对包钢开发生产高速铁路用轨进行了可行性分析，认为在连铸工艺稳定之后，铁水经过预处理．轨梁厂经过对加热炉、轨机、矫直机等的改造，可以率先在国内生产出高纯净度、高平直度的高速铁路钢轨。The present situation, developing trend and the requirement of steel quality and dimension tolerance of overseas high - speed rail are introduced. Reviewing the domestic rail production, especially heavy rail production at Baotou Steel,feasibil-feasibil-ity study of high - speed rail development and production at Baotou Steel is done. A conclusion is drawn foal when the continuous casting is properly adjusted and molten steel is pretreated, the Rail and Beam Rolling Plant of the company is able to produce the high speed rail with high purity and high straightness after revamp of its heating furnace, rolling machine and roll - straightening machine.
