摘 要:目的研究丁苯酞注射液对大鼠脑出血周围组织含水量及自由基的影响。方法 72只SD雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、假手术组、脑出血组、丁苯酞治疗组,每组18只。采用自体血注入法建立大鼠脑出血模型,治疗组应用丁苯酞腹腔注射,一天二次,注射3d。干湿重法测量脑组织含水量。测定脑组织(丙二醛()MDA)、(超氧化物歧化酶()SOD)的水平。结果丁苯酞治疗组较脑出血组,血肿周围脑水肿明显减轻(P<0.05),MDA值明显降低(P<0.05),SOD值明显升高(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞注射液能有效清除脑出血后体内产生的大量自由基,减轻脑出血后脑水肿的形成。Objective To Study of butylphthalide injection on rat cerebral hemorrhage surrounding tissue water content and the effect of free radicals.Methods SD rats were divided randomly into 4 groups;normal saline group、sham-operated group,ICH group,butylphthalide group. The autologous blood injection method established the rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage,application of the treatment group of butylphthalide intraperitoneal injection, two times a day for three days.the water content of brain was measured by comparion of wet and dry weight in perihematoma, determination of brain MDA, SOD levels. Results In butylphthalide treating group, brain edema around the hematoma alleviated(P〈0.05), MDA value decreased significantly(P〈0.05), SOD values were significantly elevated(P〈0.05)Compared with cerebral hemorrhage group . Conclusion butylphthalide injection can effectively remove a large number of free radicals after intracerebral hemorrhage in vivo produced, reduce the formation of brain edema after intracerebral hemorrhage.
