将人文关怀理念贯穿于整个医学教育过程

摘　　要：过去相当长的一段时间内,临床诊疗偏重于诊疗技术,而忽略人文科学,没有真正确立以病人为中心的理念,导致临床医学人文底蕴不足。现代社会发展对医疗卫生工作提出人文关怀的要求,但这在我国才刚刚起步,因此如何实施人文关怀,提高患者对医疗工作的满意度成为亟待解决的问题,也是我们医学教育从一开始就应该重视的课题。In the past long time, clinical diagnosis has focused on the technology of diagnosis and treatment rather than the humanities established as the patient-centered concept, which led to humanistic insufficient potentialities in medical clinics. With the development of modern society, medical and health work put forward to the requirement of humanistic care. In China, this trend just started. Therefore, how to carry out the humanistic care and to improve the satisfaction that patients have toward medical work become problems that urgently need to be solved, as well as the topic medical education should pay attention to from the beginning.
