摘　　要：通过制定工程造价人员资质管理的法规性文件和规范标准、建立信用管理体系,以规范对工程造价人员的资质管理,增强造价人员的责任感、使命感,树立良好的职业道德,不断提高业务素质、工程造价管理水平,更好地为交通基础设施建设服务。By making the legal documents and standards about the qualification management of the engineering cost personnels,this paper builds the credit management system.It can strengthen the qualification management of the engineering cost personnels,the responsibility and mission of them,and help the related personnels setting up the better professional ethics with increasing their professional qualities and standards of the management of the engineering cost,so as to serve the basic traffic facilities well.
