摘　　要：党的十八大报告明确指出的社会主义核心价值观表明,在理论语境中探索性研究社会主义核心价值体系建设的前提性问题,是真正实现核心价值体系引领社会主义发展方向作用的思想基础。就思想观念前提而言,摆脱狭隘地将价值界定为某种"有用性"的思想误区,真正把握核心价值观与核心价值体系内在统一的思想关系,探索核心价值观与普通中国人之间的思想转换方式是建设核心价值体系的重要思想意识;就社会历史前提而言,社会主义核心价值体系的建设需要深入分析当代中国科学发展的时代特征,以解决中国人与社会发展中的实践问题为思想立足点;就思想原则而言,确立"中国式"的思想主体、研究立场、研究方式是引领中国特色社会主义发展方向,建设社会主义核心价值体系的"本"、"根"、"体"。The eighteenth report of the Chinese Communist Party clearly pointed out that the socialist core values shows that, the fist question in the context of exploratory research theory of Socialist core value system construction is the ideological basis to truly a- chieve the leading role for socialism development direction of the core value system. As for the ideas of premise, we are supposed to get rid of narrowly defined value for a＂ usefulness＂ thought erroneous zone, truly grasp the core values and the core value system of the idea of inner unity, and to explore relationship between core values and ordinary chinese thoughts transformation way is the important ideolo- gy of the core value system construction ;In terms of social and historical premise, the socialist core value system construction need deep analysis of contemporary chinese scientific development characteristics of the Times in order to solve the practice of the chinese people and social development problem as the ideological foothold; As for the thought in principle, we are expected to establish＂ Chinese＂ thought subject, the research position, the research way to lead the direction of development of socialism with chinese characteristics, and construct the＂ basis＂, ＂root＂, and ＂body＂ of the socialist core value system.
