摘  要:菱形平面结构核心筒较为集中,刚度聚集效应明显,在抗震及抗风设计中具有较高的难度。本文结合一栋193m超高层实际工程,对超限结构设定了抗震性能目标,并针对性能目标提出了抗震措施及抗震构造措施。考虑结构材料的非线性属性,采用动力非线性分析方法,分析了结构在地震作用下的非线性动力响应,并对关键部位进行了罕遇地震专项分析。结果表明,结构在罕遇地震下满足规范要求,结构是安全可靠的。Core tube is relatively concentrated in diamond-plane structure, the effect of stiffness cluster is obvious. It is difficulty in seismic and wind design. Combined with a super-high-rise building of 193 meters tall, the design goal is proposed for this transfinite structure. Nonlinear property of the materials is considered and nonlinear analysis method is used. Seismic reaction analysis of structure is carried out, especially nonlinear reaction under rare earthquake, and the key parts of the bearing capacity under rare earthquake are analyzed. The results show that the structure is safe and reliable under rare earthquake.
