音乐配合水床式鸟巢应用于早产儿护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐配合水床式鸟巢护理在早产儿临床护理中的意义。方法选择2011年5—12月在新生儿科住院的早产儿100例,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用音乐配合水床式鸟巢护理,对照组采用传统护理,记录两组早产儿的每日摄奶量、体质量变化情况,密切观察有无呼吸暂停、感染等并发症,评价早产儿疼痛性操作后疼痛缓解情况。结果观察组早产儿第7天及第14天的体质量增长幅度及摄奶量明显大于对照组早产儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组早产儿发生呼吸暂停次数为(0.28±0.61)次,对照组为(0.92±1.29)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组早产儿在感染、硬肿症的发生率上,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组早产儿静脉穿刺后的疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论音乐配合水床式鸟巢护理能促进早产儿的生长发育,减少呼吸暂停的发生率,缓解疼痛性操作所致的疼痛感,在临床护理中具有一定的推广意义。Objective To explore the effect of music with the water-bed-and-bird-nest-like nursing on preterm infants. Methods One hundred premature infants without serious complications after birth from May 2011 to December 2011 were selected. All the cases were randomly divided into experimental group （n=50）, in which music with the water-bed-and-bird-nest-like nursing was performed and control group （n=50）, in which traditional nursing was applied. The amount of milk-intake, the weight gain in both groups everyday and apnea and infection were recorded in two groups. Evaluation was made as well on the difference of pain alleviation after painful operation between two groups. Results The amount of milk-intake and the weight gain in experimental group at 7th and 14th day were more than those in control group （P〈0.05）, and the frequency of apnea in experimental group and control group was 0.284-0.61 and 0.92＋1.29 respectively （P〈0.05）. The incidence of infection and scleredema between two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The score of pain after venipuncture in experimental group was statistically lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The music with the water-bed-and-bird-nest-like nursing can promote the growth of premature infants, reduce the incidence of apnea, and relieve the pain after operation. Thus it plays a significant role in the nursing.
